• City Tax Fee: is equal to 0,5% of the total price per accomodationand

• Environmental Fee:  According to the government decree, there is an additional fee per accommodation. From March to October, the tax will be 1.5 euros/night. In the remaining months, the tax fee varies from 0.5 to 1.5 euros.

Your check-in is possible from 3 PM until 11PM. Please make sure to check out by noon to avoid any inconvenience to other guests.

Our cancellation policy aligns with common industry practices and varies depending on the rate plan you choose:

Flexible Rate Plan:

• Free Cancellation: You can cancel your reservation for free up to 3 days before your scheduled check-in date. If canceled within this period, no charges will be applied. Should you cancel less than 3 days prior to arrival, the deposit (constituting 30% of the total amount) will be forfeited.
• Late Cancellation: If a reservation is canceled less than 3 days before the check-in date, or in case of a no-show, the deposit amount (constituting 30% of the total amount) of your booking will be charged.
• Modification of Booking: You can modify your booking dates up to 3 days before the scheduled check-in without any charges, subject to house availability and potential rate differences.

Non-Refundable Rate Plan:

• Cancellation & Modification: Full payment is required at the time of booking. This rate plan does not allow for any refunds in case of cancellation, modification, or no-show. Changes to stay dates are not permitted under this plan.

Force Majeure:

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of both you and the property (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), special considerations may be given for cancellations or rescheduling. However, this is at the discretion of the property and may vary based on the situation.

Refunds:

• Any refunds due to cancellations under the Flexible Rate Plan will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation request. The refunded amount may take additional time to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s policies.

Please note that the cancellation policy can vary depending on the specific rate and dates of your booking. The policy details will be clearly stated at the time of booking and in your confirmation email. It’s always good practice to understand the cancellation policy before finalizing your booking.

Your payment can be processed in three ways: via PayPal, through a bank transfer, or upon arrival. If you opt to pay through PayPal or bank transfer, your booking will be confirmed once the payment has been successfully processed. Alternatively, you may choose to pay upon arrival. Please note, while we strive to be flexible, the method of payment will depend on the booking terms and conditions. Your financial security is our priority, and all transactions are conducted securely.
